Midwinter (Staffordshire)

A Hugh Casson design 'Cannes' - Pip I had a look at your shop and you have some Riviera which was before Cannes so how does this rate, is it still as collectable.

Tony, Cannes is actually more collectable than Riviera despite being later because it's on the desirable Fashion shape - that's the only difference between the two - Riviera is earlier but was then produced on the Fashion shape and called Cannes.

BTW we already have a Midwinter thread so I'm going to merge this in with that one (I think I've put my Riviera plates in there already).

a Riviera 'TV set' (Hugh Casson, 1950s) - I guess this is so you can have a cup of tea and some bickies without needing a plate sorta thing.
