The mark is 1930 to 1946 ish

Can't read what it says under Swinnertons but the registration number dates the pattern to 1929.

I haven't got that mark variant in my book but I would guess a similar date to the other one, especially with the reg. no. on it

More Swinnertons - called 'Springtime' this design dates to around about the late 1950s give or take a couple of years either side.
