Re: Vallauris (South of France)
I will post it when I get back Dan , it's quite big with a childlike style of a man and Kangaroo N' stuff ,they asked £68 , paid £45 so I think a good deal as her pieces are supposed to be quite collectable it's dated and signed A Copelaqnd Dartington 98', anywho, I just liked it and that's the main thing.

Re: Vallauris (South of France)
I first saw it some years ago in a house nearby the owners mother bought it in portugal I explained that it was Vallauris yesterday she phoned to say they were moving house and had some 'brocante' to sell so there it was I'll probably only get 20euros for it on a flea market at the present time so may hold on to it for a while (it still has traces of gratin in it )

Re: Vallauris (South of France)
thats what the whole Bernard Leach thing was about I have a friend who worked in harry davis's pottery who rekoned that harry would be horrified that his pieces were being treated as collectables
