Yes thanks Annette,It's good to have someone who can answer Vallauris questions as I love Vallauris but know little about the workshops in that area.

I wouldnt say that I can answer everything and things aren't always very well documented but it is as you know a learning process. There is also a good blog to check out called Vallaurik- think he lives in Vallauris. Sadly the town has gone a bit downhill of late, but if you can get hold of a copy of Annie Lajoix L'Age d'or de Vallauris you can see that some great things were produced.

hi I'm just back from vallauris where I was staying while putting up some sculptures in cannes there are a lot of new potters trying to revive the towns image tho non are in the famous biennale de vallauris this year so they are planning an alternative event by the way I think vallaurik is belgian he has been selling some of his collection on ebay

they are not always signed no doubt about the shape similar colours to one in the ceramic museam vallauris
