I can tell you exactly when yours was made.... May 1966. 
The four-digit code on the label denotes production month and year - I was told this was how to read the labels by the specialist dealer from whom I bought a lovely armchair (Model No 4205), designed by Aksel Bender-Madsen for Fritz Hansen in 1955.

Scrub that last message - I worked it out! On the paper label in the second photo you can see the numbers 0566. That's useful info to know - cheers.

thanks for the info funnily enough I was living in denmark in may 66 but thats not when I got the chair
