nah, you'd hike the prices up for Jezza and her chums wouldn't you! Twickenham and Isleworth are a little cheaper (Van Gogh lived in Isleworth for a while).

Wouldn't say no, but I'd probably struggle to afford a shoebox in Hackney after this year's slow trade!
