Purple waisted vase for ID - Afors possibly?

Does anyone recognise this vase? It's a quality piece of glass (see rim and base photos) - is unsigned but for some reason I'm thinking Afors (Sweden) - not sure why. It's 6.5in/16.5cm tall.

Any ideas?

I posted one similar in the Alsterfors thread, although mine is cased in clear, the height sounds about right, I can't check though because its packed away, sorry.

That's probably what I was thinking of. I'm not sure that they came in one colour uncased although the shape seems to be OK.

Alsterfors, they produced these in various colours uncased ;-)
