Swedish? Designer?

It's only 5" inches tall with a heavy bottom. No signature on the bottom.

Could it be a Lars Helsten design for Skruf?

After looking at many websites devoted to scandinavian glass, that was the idea I was left with. However, I could not find an exact match.
