I`m the new one;) and I`m looking such a long time for this mark, shown on the following photograph.

Ooh I like that! It's Westerwald saltglaze,if you research within that description I'm sure you will find the factory

I'm afraid I can't offer up any information about the piece other than to say that the shape isn't right for an umbrella stand, it's much more likely to be a floor vase in my opinion.
