French Scene

I assume it's in France, looks like perhaps a scene from the 30's. Signed maybe "A. Sisson"...not too sure about the "A"

the name matches but not the style,I have seen that scene before though.

Could it be an "L" (Lower case) rather than an "A"? Hard to tell...they should all print their full names on the back.
