Always useful to have a base photo, even if there are no marks.

Is it grogged clay, like Bitossi?

Here the base ... I do not think the ceramic is grogged but the surface scratched with a knife or a tool used also to carve oval shapes

i'm not suggesting it's by him, but the pattern reminded me of some pieces by Claude Conover.

all the Conover I met on the web: clay is different, scratching make more regular texture and all his works are well signed. Are you referring to early his works?
Indeed I'm thinking to the Germany area or to return to Naomi supposition
Belgium?

I wouldn't have thought Belgium.
The base/foot rim and white wash reminds me of Briglin Pottery, but I haven't seen decoration or a neck like that.

I think solved the mistery:
Studio "Terraform"  of Fritz Göllner Besigheim near Stuttgart in the 60s-70s
All the details are the same on the two pieces.
Although the mine is not signed I found an only-labelled Terraform specimen (second image)

"I think solved the mistery:
Studio "Terraform"  of Fritz Göllner Besigheim"

"TERRAFORM"  was  the name of a  trading company, a wholesaler who supplied  pottery and garden ceramics, like pig-shaped terracotta outdoor grills to specialised  retailers. To our knowledge they didn´t supply any Jasba or Bay products  but contracted  small potteries like Fritz Göllner.  The company was founded by Kurt Schwaderlapp (from the  Jakob Schwaderlapp family cf. Jasba)  in the late 60s (1968 ?) , they existed only for
a few years, cf. ad 1971.  Any traces weren´t  found post 1971.

Great addition! thank you
So terraform is a company and Göllner a studio pottery, and the Göllner pieces signed "terraform" was made around late 60s and 1971. Right? :)
Why you say Kurt? Is His name Fritz?

Right ! late 60s to early 70s, TERRAFORM documented 1968 until 1971.
Sorry, Göllner´s first name was "Fritz", of course, i corrected that in the original post.
