Anyone able to shed light on these marks? My guess would be German late 19th-early 20th century. Very much in the type of bisque porcelain fairground prizes that were once common.

It does look like a German model number on the base. If it's hand written it points to Victorian in age. If it's stamped it points to post 1900s. If it's a white porcelain, that again points to German rather than Staffordshire pottery.
