This one seems to have the same lion, signed William Lloyd, 2003

Edited to add: William Lloyd is the son of Reg Lloyd (R. J. Lloyd), and was making slipware around the 1980s-2000s. He was or is based in Salisbury

William Lloyd is the son of Reg Lloyd (R. J. Lloyd) the painter and English slipware collector, so the style of pottery fits.

I don't think William is still making pots but I understand that he did for a long period and may have moved around. If my memory serves me correctly he was living near Charmouth in Dorset the last I knew.. I don't know of any connections with East Sheen in S. W. London or Sheen village in Derbyshire but, of course, the name Sheen Pottery might have a different derivation.
