An exhibition of pots by arguably the greatest Nigerian studio potter, Ladi Kwali (1925 - 1984), begins today at the Crafts Study Centre, Farnham Surrey and continues until 2nd May 2015.

Entry is free and the centre is open Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.

They haven't updated their website with information yet but when they do I'll add a link.

The private reception for people who loaned items takes place on Saturday 28th February so I'll try and take some pictures then.

I went to the exhibition on Saturday and, as expected, it wasn't very large but there were some very fine water pots there.

It was difficult to photograph because of the light.
