Cream Jug with big spout ...unmarked

Nicely made(in my opinion) but cannot see a mark...any help much appreciated

It's not Colin Kellam and whether it's a cream jug depends on the size.

its 5 inches high...and the spout is odd

Then at least we can say it's a milk jug rather than cream and I have seen a similar spout but can't remember where at the moment.

Definitely studio. Might be something someone's brought home from holiday to the US or Canadian, or Australian.

Australian, maybe. The decoration has echoes of Japanese styles, but the rest looks Western. The base and spout don't strike me as British.
