please help ID my bronze angel car mascot??? Empty please help ID my bronze angel car mascot???

hi, can anyone help me with this please? i have a small bronze angel holding a propeller, i belive it maybe a car mascot? or just a figure missing its base? must have some military connection, in bad shape as its missing a hand that i was told held a wreath.
