This one is really confusing me! Arzberg vase made in Germany with a very well executed design signed Agnes Pinhas then Decor Main Paris. I cannot find anything on Agnes Pinhas. Does the design ring a bell with anyone? they look like childrens book illustrations to me. HELP

Agnes Pinhas-Massin has written "Painting on China" in 1982.

As the decoration and French markings have been over-glaze painted, I would assume the French artist has bought in glazed blanks from Germany.

I do quite like the decoration.

May be un-related but there is a book called "Painting on China" by Agnes Pinhas-Massin (co-author). The name of the book would tie in with the idea of it being a blank that was bought in.

Thanks for the help both. I had seen the name in reference to the book but couldn't find any of her work which I find suprising as the decor is well painted and detailed.
