I have been scouring various sites and can't find this anywhere. Any chance someone recognises it. 11 inches wide at rim x 9 inches tall.

Although it has an Art Deco shape, the frosting makes me suspect it's modern French, Eastern European or Chinese, rather than Depression era pressed glass.

Frosting was extremely common on 1930s glass and though into the 1950s

Brockwitz (Germany) Empty Help id glass fish/serpert bowl - Brockwitz

Hi
This was from a friends late mum and they asked me to see if i can find anything out about it so any help really appreciated,
I would say it is probably pressed glass, they seem to think c1880 ?, it is quite an impressive piece I like it.

Found it, seems to be by Brockwitz. You can find it on several search engines if you fancy further investigation by entering 'Fish Handled Glass Bowl' but Brockwitz seems to be correct.
