The mark at the bottom might be whatever, but it ends at '/20', that for sure. But what's in front of that? Maybe '03'; too difficult to figure that out.
There is a signature though... It seems like a 'W', or otherwise an 'M', but that doesn't seem to be it.
White clay, that's all I have. Somebody knows more?
I'm curious whether can tell me more...

I think you're right, Ed. I found this vase on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/listing/95800932/unusual-jasba-west-german-pottery-vase. Shape is the same. Thx!

It´s challenge to me indeed.
Jasba ? I don´t think so.
The Jasba vase you are referring to is often found, form number 109,
came in 3 sizes (22,26,29) and should have circular marks [WEST-]GERMANY 109/22 (= 8 1/2 inch ???) following the rim.
Your vase has clearly different marks, a horizontal number and a "W"(?) incised thru the glaze, poss. a decorator´s mark, no origin mark.
I was thinking about Übelacker 463/19, a vase with a similiar shape
but wrong size and circular marks as well.
Also thought about Schlossberg but didn´t find a match.
It´s really a challenge.

It's a tricky one , so many companies have a similar shape , Soendgen , Scheurich , Jopeko, ES keramik , I'm not suggesting any but just the form has quite a few variations .
