Approx 13.5" diameter , incised mark repeated on both sides of base , glaze looks to me like squid ? Any help appreciated :)

Seems to have been stamped twice Ps Pf
European would be my guess too. Possibly provincial (traditional) pottery, made for pubs and cafes, rather than Art Pottery.
