Dear Forum

Two heavy earthenware tankards both naively decorated around a fish (carp) theme evoking Arts & Crafts / Majolica decorative styles.  

Both have the same incised initials (possibly LO or LP but could be something else) to the base.

Height - 5”, Base diameter - 4”. Heavy in weight. Earthenware construction.

Pictures of Pot 1 attached. Pot 2 to follow. Rushed shots so apologies for quality.

Charming pieces. Hoping someone on the forum might be able to shed some light on ID?

Got these plates the other day thinking they were Puigdemont, I live along the same coastline close to where they are made, also stylistically they seem to match that studio but they aren't signed, is there a reason for this? E.g. they were not considered up to the standards...
Or are they made by a different pottery studio in the style of Puigdemont and therefor not signed.
Got them cheap so not a big deal, just curious what the reason could be :)
