Stoneware vase Hand painted - Label Stone Age

Any knows who made this vase and the likely age to it?   Been on various sites, but not having much luck at the moment.   The vase is very heavy when you compare it to it size.   The label looks authentic.  I tried googling this information, but nothing yet .    hope someone can recognise this vase. Grateful for anything you can lead me in the right direction.

   

I have seen this kind of thing around. Not sure but it might be fairly recently made in China for export.

China?  Well I never! No wonder I could not find anything. I must say, the stone ware is very well made, if it is from China. I was concerned about the thick applied paintwork, it just didn't sit right with me. The label I found odd too, not cost affective and there's no manufacturer name on it either. This would also add to your reasons.
