Made from mixed greens and white plastic.
I'm guessing it's a lady's powder or facial cream pot.
Stamped on the base, Made in Germany.

could it be a gdr-product? meladur or similar?

Just remembered I found a taller version last year -

Same plastic, but lid shape is a little different, and marked Made in W. Germany on the base
