I'm not an expert on stoneware sculptures but I think the piece is called mouse on apple, designed by Barbera Linley Adams and your 'f' is actually the monogram for Janet Stone (JS)
which dates it to somewhere around 1978-1981
mouse on stone was produced in great numbers so it's not a rare piece.

I got this piece of Delphis today,I must have looked at thousands of Delphis pots but this is the first one that truely shows how sharp the colours can be when the glazes are fired perfectly

Pic of backs of 49s as requested, I think the most interesting one, in my view, is the top right, green dish, by Patricia Wells, it's almost metalic in finish, very unusual.
