Wall plate, help with mark please. Empty Wall plate, help with mark please.

I purchased this yesterday from a colleague, for my collection, it's just over 12" diameter and is salt glazed, any ideas?

My thoughts on the monogram are that there coul;d be a P M/W an L and possibly an O.

I can't find it in Yates-Owen so either current work or foreign. It does have a Scandinavian look about it.
