Watcombe Pottery, Torquay

This mark was used c1901-1920.

Here's a pair of Watcombe pieces from my collection, the tall piece is almost 13" high.

A Scandi inkwell with it's stopper 1902-1915.
"Us be always glad tu yer from ee"

I have a hanging wall vase stamped Watcombe Torquay and another stamp mark, not sure if it is Christopher Dresser design, would like to know what year it was made ? and if its a rare piece.

The impressed Watcombe Torquay mark was used c 1880-1901.
The circular mark is one of the Bird marks, not easy to see, but I think
it's the one that reads Watcombe South Devon around the edge, used 1884-1890

A very nice piece, However any link to Dresser is tenuous at best, although
there is evidence some Torquay potteries copied some of his designs.
