Your Newcomb Pottery vase was thrown by Joseph Meyer, whose mark is upside down in relation to the other marks - it looks like a W with addition but is JM joined. His mark is found on many pieces of Newcomb Pottery, as he worked there from 1896 until he retired in 1927.

The mark to the right of the NC (Newcomb College) mark will be that of the decorator and in the image it looks like N S. However, I wonder if it might be M S for Mary Sheerer as it does appear to be in her style.

The marks with numbers I guess are for the shape and/or registeration number but whatever the vase looks to be a very fine piece and, if you wish to sell, it ought to go to a specialist auction house.
