Balloon Dog a la Koons Empty Balloon Dog a la Koons

Any ideas when this was produced? Not the usual Chinese knock off which copied Koons' large stainless steel balloon dog of the early 2000s; the proportions of this one are different and it's an extra centimetre in LxW size. Also not the bookends made by Park Life. I'm wondering if it's from the 90s.
Made of resin that's been spray painted with light and darker pink. Glue from a label left on the stomach.
17cm long x 7.7cm high
