Hand blown glass carafe I.d help Empty Hand blown glass carafe I.d help

Hello all

I am looking for a little help with this piece if possible, as I mentioned it is a hand blown art glass carafe , signed to the base , I am looking to find out if anyone can identify the makers i.e the signature on the base.

Not sure mate , The first 3 letters could be Cai ? Cli?

Hard to make out , it is one of those flamboyant signatures
