Thanks for the info on the Bay 97/40 jug, intresting that a oldish looking decor can decieve one to guess so wrong about the production year. I have to try to find the other pieces in the 97 and 96 series now.

Here´s another nice and rare one. A little bowl with lid from Bay with form number 211 wich i´m quite certain  is from the mid fifties, Width / diam of the bowl is ca 120 mm, heigth without lid ca 65 mm and with lid ca 90 mm.

A vase which I belive to be form 584-25 with a fifties Bay-sticker Handpainted on. Heigth ca 250 mm and width ca 80 mm. I believe it to be made in the late fifties.

It´s not always a curly Y in the BAY-mark as on this older form of 630 14!  Bottom diameter ca 80 mm width ca 100 mm and at top ca 60 mm

1.  "BAY" on the base  1966  onwards
2.   form series 630  (630 vases / 631 jugs)  isn´t old, post 1974 for sure,
likely 1980s

The other 630-14 form I would have liked to show is sort of  a wide coneshaped form with the widest part at top narrowing to a cone wich spreads halfway towards the bottom and then  narrows again. As I dont have any picture I made a simple drawing of the form. Does anyone know of more 630-14 variants?

Is anyone able to provide any further information regarding this vase?
I'm told it's West German from 1960's - stands 8cm tall.

- the markings should read 505/8, W.-GERMANY
- the vase is known with decors about
1959/1960, here with decor Tunis, 1960
