Bought a nice floorvase in very good condition just before Christmas, Scheurich 262-50?.

I really enjoy West German pottery but I've still got a lot to learn and I would love some help identifying the maker of this vase. The height is just over 30cm and the base is chocolate brown with a whitish clay rim and is marked 517-30, West Germany. I wondered whether it was Scheurich?
