Incised decor Empty Incised decor

Any suggestions for the maker, country and/or year on this one please? No marks at all on the base. Lovely simple form and decor. The decoration is incised through the glaze. Base is glazed same as the body. I think I bought it from Germany. Clay is pale pink/very light terracotta.

Its about 22 cms high by the way!
