Plate, possibly Welsh?? 'Q' mark Empty Plate, possibly Welsh?? 'Q' mark

I'm assuming the stamp is a 'Q'. I've searched using the usual websites and books but can't find anything obvious. I'm thinking Welsh as the images on it look a bit dragon like, although they could be cockerels!! Plate, possibly Welsh?? 'Q' mark Img_6710

Can we see the plate itself please? looks well made. Difficult to see which way up!
