ID of pottery bird, HB mark - Howard Bissell Empty ID of pottery bird, HB mark - Howard Bissell

Hello,

Can anyone please help with an ID of this pottery bird? It was bought in Wales in case that is of any relevance. There are some markings on the underside but I can't make them out.
