Beautiful Bird! Empty Beautiful Bird!

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could identify a maker of this lovely bird please? 
I love identifying what I buy (mostly from charity shops) but I can't find anything definitive for this one!
It has a polished bottom and is a lovely purple colour mainly!
