Stork Planter, Haeger? or .....?

I thought this might be Haeger (3 stilt marks) but I checked my Haeger refs and did not find this planter (I could have just missed it, though).
Do you know who made this?
If it is Haeger, can you tell me what reference you found it.
It's a bit over 9" tall.
