It's about a foot tall, with a strange 'V' being the only mark, and that's on the neck.

I think the V stands for Vinegar and this is part of a cruet.

Ah, right, that makes sense. A wine jug. So how many places have leaping goats and the word for wine beginning with 'v'? Er... France, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Norway...
