Vase ID Help Please. Looks Like Blue Mountain Pottery but it's not!

So I grabbed this piece because one of my clients collects Blue Mountain stuff and I hadn't seen one like it in his collection. I was positive it was Blue Mountain and was in kind of a hurry and it was only $2 lol so I just gave it a quick visual for damage and bypassed the cashier line by dropping a Toonie on the counter. I get it home and ta dah it's not BMP but rather something marked PP on the bottom. I'm pretty up on my Canadian Art Pottery but the only PP I know of is Peterborough Pottery and their mark isn't the same. The PP was really hard to catch in a pic but I think you should be able to make it out between the 2 pics.

Thoughts?

Yup, and that's where I confirmed that my memory of the Peterborough mark was correct.
