Does anybody recognise this green elephant money box please.4 inches long he is marked underneath with 449. Looks vaguely familiar but can't place. Thanks John

What kind of stopper does it have? Is it transparent plastic?

It could be SECLA.

It helps concluding is not SECLA (the shape of the stopper is different).

From the pattern I thought Hornsea too, but can't find any money boxes like that.
