Laminated trays, made in Italy

Recently found this set of four small laminated trays.
Made from squares of fabric that have been sandwiched between a clear plastic top layer and a white plastic bottom layer, then pressed into shape. There are raised gold-ish borders around parts of the pattern, emphasising the design.
Marked on the base: L.520 MODE ITALY
Anyone know the manufacturer?

Almost. Picked them up for a couple of pounds from a charity shop at Whitchurch, Hants.

I love that it's cut from the same cloth but at different parts of the pattern so they're all different.
