My view is that it has nothing to do with any of the Leachs. The decoration and form are all wrong.

That isn't a small R next to the L? Laughter

I think I agree , I first thought it was glazed over , but it wouldn't fit , so I wqonder who then , yes Lucie is a possibilty NOT Laughter or is she MMMMMmmm Big Laughter
